Certificates

The company was established under the name of Kutscha spol. s r.o. by signing the Memorandum of Association on 27 June 1991. The company was registered in the Commercial Register on 26 August 1991. The company’s sole member was Fritz Kutscha GmbH, Salzburg, Austria.

On 20 August 1996, the company name was changed to Raab Karcher, technika čerpacích stanic, s.r.o., and Raab Karcher Česká spol. s r.o. became the company’s new member.

On 16 February 1998, Raab Karcher Tankstellentechnik GmbH, Hamburg, the Federal Republic of Germany, became the member of the company.

On 16 October 2000, Walker CZ, s.r.o. became the member of the company.

On 21 March 2001, the company business name was changed to ACIS, Construction and Technology Services, s.r.o.

On 28 April 2003, the company’s member, Walker CZ, s.r.o., was transformed from a limited liability company into a joint stock company with a new business name of Walker CZ, a.s.

On 1 June 2011, Tokheim Holding GmbH, Munich, the Federal Republic of Germany, became the company’s majority member holding an 80% share in the company.

On 1 November 2012, Tokheim Holding GmbH, Munich, the Federal Republic of Germany, became the company’s sole member.

On 1 May 2014, the company business name was changed to Tokheim Acis, s.r.o.

The company’s activities are specified in the Commercial Register administered by the Metropolitan Court in Prague, Section C, File 3647. The company focuses particularly on the construction and service of engineering/industrial buildings. The main areas are the construction and comprehensive service of petrol stations and their related parts in our Prague and Olomouc centres, defectoscopy and tank cleaning in the Plzeň centre, and the activities of the Authorized Metrology Centre in Střelice u Brna.

Since 2011, the company has been a part of the Tokheim international group. Today Tokheim operates in 54 countries around the world and occupies a leading position in the market for the production of petrol station technology, as well as the market for the provision of maintenance services to petrol stations. The company meets high quality standards which can be supported by the fact that since 2001, our Czech company of Tokheim Acis has maintained the Quality Management System through the ISO 9001 quality standard. In 2012, based on a recertification audit by Burea Veritas Certification, the currently valid certificate was issued, confirming that the Quality Management System of the company conforms with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard.

In 2005, the company was certified according to the SCC standard. The Safety Checklist for Contractors (SCC) is an international standard used for the assessment and certification of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems. The SCC certification proves that the internal contracting processes were compared with the best practices standards of the European Occupational Safety and Health, and Environmental Management and were found compliant. In 2011, the company was recertified according to the SCC**:2006 version, and in 2014 it was recertified according to to the current version of the system SCC-P: 2011. It is currently the highest level of safety and environmental management, specifically focusing on service suppliers in the petrochemical industry. In connection with health protection of the employees of the company and the employees and clients of its contractors, Tokheim Acis, s.r.o. also agreed to meet the requirements of the OHSAS 18001 standard which was introduced and certified in the company in 2005. In 2014, the company was succesfully recertified under the currently valid version of OHSAS 18001:2008 standard.

In 2005, the company also implemented and certified the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, which sets rules and defines responsibilities for waste disposal, air protection, and water and soil conservation. In 2014, the company was succesfully recertified under the currently valid version of ISO 14001:2004 standard.
